To achieve the goal of perforating on the metal workpiece, the EDM Drilling Machine, model EDM+300DM, uses the principle of electric erosion to melt and disintegrate the metal section by producing electric sparks.
The machine can process a deep hole between 0.5 and 3.0 mm in diameter on a metal workpiece of any size and shape. It uses a brass electrode tube as the tool electrode and high-pressure water to cool and slag the processing point.
A modular integrated circuit system is integrated into the device's chassis, greatly reducing the volume of the original large-scale equipment. The touch screen control is also simpler, more user-friendly, stable and reliable. The device also uses a mobile chassis design, making it convenient for mobile use.
For a variety of working condition, the portable magnetic base may be easily positioned and fastened at any location on the workpiece.
The drilling machine of this model can be used more broadly since it can be placed straight into the hole from an inclined surface, curved surface or tapered surface.
Without harming the threads of the original hole, it can also be used to remove broken drills, taps and other tools.
