This portable EDM machine use the principles of spark erosion (EDM) and metal disintegration (MDM) technology to disintegrate ONLY the center of a broken tap or drill leaving the threads in perfect condition without direct contact.

✔ Small and compact structure - light weight, very convenient to carry and place on any kind of workpieces (especially on large ones) and can be used anywhere.

✔ Very wide processing range: works on all kind of conductive materials for taps and drills with diameter above 2mm. As additional application, you can cut and/or drill into exotic and hard conductive materials, sintered carbides (tungsten carbides) and other tough machinable steels.
✔ Can be used with many types of electrodes like: Brass, Copper, Tungsten and Graphite in shape of rods (round, square, hexagonal, plates, sheets, special and customized multiple edges with round shank) or tubes

✔ Equipped with handle on top of the power box, becomes very convenient to carry.
✔ Working fluid/dielectric is ordinary tap water (for improved performance is recommended to use pure/demineralized water);
✔ Has a submersible pump that provides dielectric (water) on the working area, it will wash out disintegrated particles from the work piece and improves burning time
✔ Power consumption is moderate and is using single phase power supply, machine becomes very economical and convenient to operate
